🌘 Meeting Our Shadow

A space to explore, understand, and accept the parts of yourself you’ve been taught to hide.

About this Space

We bury certain emotions, thoughts, and behaviors because they once helped us feel safe.

Hiding our anger kept the peace, swallowing our needs prevented rejection, shutting down protected us from being hurt. But when we keep them buried, those parts begin to act out in ways we can’t control. They show up as triggers, overreactions, self-sabotage, people-pleasing, anxiety, or feeling disconnected from who we are. Often, we don’t even realize what we’re suppressing
only that something inside us feels tight, stuck, or out of alignment.

Meeting Our Shadow is a Space for honest conversation about the parts of yourself you avoid, ignore, or feel ashamed of.
When we integrate the shadow — when we bring those hidden parts into the light with compassion instead of shame — something powerful happens.

  • We understand what those feelings were trying to protect
  • We learn how to work with them instead of being blindsided by them.
  • We have clearer boundaries, quieter triggers, more honest relationships, and a deeper sense of ease within ourselves.
  • We stop fighting who we are and start living from a place that feels grounded, whole, and real..

Meeting Our Shadows is for you if you...

  • hide certain behaviors, reactions, or emotions because you don’t want others to see them
  • crave a more honest, grounded relationship with yourself
  • want to understand why you react the way you do
  • carry inner questions about what unconsciously shapes you
  • find yourself judging others harshly
  • feel like parts of you come out that you can’t control, explain, or accept
  • feel ready to explore the parts of you you’ve been avoiding, ignoring, or shaming

No need for answers here — just an honest curiosity about who you are beneath the surface
