November Check-in
About this Session
Camera optional.
Real names aren’t required.
Just choose a name we can call you.
This is peer support, not AA, treatment, therapy, or a crisis service. Talk, listen, or pass.
About this Space
Maybe sobriety isn’t the goal. Maybe there isn’t even a clear sense that there’s a “problem.”
Sometimes it’s just a question of whether drinking or drug use is becoming more than intended and exploring what “too much” actually means.
There can be regret, anxiety, shame, or that familiar promise that next time will be different.
We don’t have to know what we want to change to start talking about it.
This is a Space to process out loud, hear how other people are navigating their relationship with drinking and drugs, and think about where our own lines might be.
No labels. No lectures. No one telling anyone what they should do.
💛 Some questions we might explore
- When was the last time your usage felt like more than you intended?
- What did the next day feel like?
- What makes you start thinking about cutting back or taking a break?
- Is there something you want to say outloud?
- Are you being too hard on yourself?
- What did the shame spiral say this time?
- Was it fun in the moment?
