Weather: What We Can't Control ⛈️
About this Session
Some days bring sunshine. Others bring storms. And sometimes, the forecast changes when we least expect it.
We can't always control the weather, but we each have our own ways of responding to it.
This week, we're using weather as a way to explore our emotional patterns and our relationship with uncertainty. From the intensity of thunderstorms to the quiet uncertainty of fog, different weather conditions can offer interesting reflections on how we experience life.
How do we respond when things feel unpredictable? What conditions bring out different sides of us? And what might we learn from the seasons we've moved through?
Come as you are. Whatever your personal forecast looks like today.
About this Space
There's a lot we can learn about ourselves from nature.
Think about the strength of a tree that bends without breaking. The independence of a wild cat. The way water can be both peaceful and powerful.
Nature is full of contradictions. And in many ways, so are we.
In this Space, we'll use different parts of the natural world to get curious about our own personalities, instincts, strengths, and vulnerabilities. Each week, we'll explore what we have in common with nature and how those qualities show up in our everyday lives.
While there's no one animal or landscape that defines who we are, nature offers a chance to explore the many sides of ourselves through a different lens. 🔭
🦋 Come as you are. There's room for all of your nature here.
🌿 You're welcome to join from outside, alongside your pets, or wherever you feel most connected to nature.
