Wild Cats: The Instinct to Survive 🐈
About this Session
Lions live in prides. Tigers tend to roam alone. Cheetahs are built for speed, while leopards are remarkably good at adapting to their surroundings.
Different instincts. Different ways of surviving.
As humans, we have our own instincts too. Some of us naturally take the lead. Others prefer independence. We might adapt to our surroundings or become protective of what matters to us.
But even our greatest strengths can have their drawbacks.
This week, we'll explore the personalities and survival instincts of wild cats as a way to reflect on our own. Which qualities feel familiar? Which do we admire? And are there instincts we've developed that no longer serve us in the same way?
Come as you are. Let's explore our wild sides.
About this Space
There's a lot we can learn about ourselves from nature.
Think about the strength of a tree that bends without breaking. The independence of a wild cat. The way water can be both peaceful and powerful.
Nature is full of contradictions. And in many ways, so are we.
In this Space, we'll use different parts of the natural world to get curious about our own personalities, instincts, strengths, and vulnerabilities. Each week, we'll explore what we have in common with nature and how those qualities show up in our everyday lives.
While there's no one animal or landscape that defines who we are, nature offers a chance to explore the many sides of ourselves through a different lens. 🔭
🦋 Come as you are. There's room for all of your nature here.
🌿 You're welcome to join from outside, alongside your pets, or wherever you feel most connected to nature.
