Birds: The Nature of Flight π¦
About this Session
There's something fascinating about birds.
Some travel thousands of miles on their own. Others depend on their communities to survive. Some are known for their intelligence, while others are recognized for their incredible endurance.
Each has its own way of navigating the world.
This week, we're looking to birds to explore the different ways we move through life. We'll get curious about independence, belonging, and the ways we use our strengths.
From the observant owl to the busy hummingbird, there's plenty to recognize in ourselves and learn from one another.
Come as you are. No wings required.
About this Space
There's a lot we can learn about ourselves from nature.
Think about the strength of a tree that bends without breaking. The independence of a wild cat. The way water can be both peaceful and powerful.
Nature is full of contradictions. And in many ways, so are we.
In this Space, we'll use different parts of the natural world to get curious about our own personalities, instincts, strengths, and vulnerabilities. Each week, we'll explore what we have in common with nature and how those qualities show up in our everyday lives.
While there's no one animal or landscape that defines who we are, nature offers a chance to explore the many sides of ourselves through a different lens. π
π¦ Come as you are. There's room for all of your nature here.
πΏ You're welcome to join from outside, alongside your pets, or wherever you feel most connected to nature.
