The Elements: What Are You Made Of?
About this Session
Fire π₯. Water π§. Earth π. Air π¬οΈ.
Four elements with very different qualities. Fire can bring warmth or destruction. Water can be gentle or powerful. Earth provides stability but can be difficult to move. And air? It's always moving, even when we can't see it.
In many ways, we share some of these qualities.
This week, we'll use the four elements to explore our own personalities.
- What comes naturally to us?
- What strengths do we lean on?
- And how might those same strengths show up differently depending on the situation?
You might recognize yourself in one element or find a little bit of yourself in all four.
Come as you are. Let's get curious about what we're made of.
About this Space
There's a lot we can learn about ourselves from nature.
Think about the strength of a tree that bends without breaking. The independence of a wild cat. The way water can be both peaceful and powerful.
Nature is full of contradictions. And in many ways, so are we.
In this Space, we'll use different parts of the natural world to get curious about our own personalities, instincts, strengths, and vulnerabilities. Each week, we'll explore what we have in common with nature and how those qualities show up in our everyday lives.
While there's no one animal or landscape that defines who we are, nature offers a chance to explore the many sides of ourselves through a different lens. π
π¦ Come as you are. There's room for all of your nature here.
πΏ You're welcome to join from outside, alongside your pets, or wherever you feel most connected to nature.
