Trees: What Keeps Us Rooted? π³
About this Session
Some trees grow tall and sturdy. Others bend with the wind. Certain trees thrive together in forests, while others manage to grow in places where you'd hardly expect anything to survive.
There isn't just one way to grow.
This week, we'll look at different trees and what they might teach us about our own lives. From the strength of an oak to the flexibility of a willow, we'll explore what keeps us grounded and how we adapt when life changes around us.
We'll also get curious about the roots we've developed, the environments we thrive in, and what growth means to each of us.
Come as you are. There's no particular way you need to grow here.
About this Space
There's a lot we can learn about ourselves from nature.
Think about the strength of a tree that bends without breaking. The independence of a wild cat. The way water can be both peaceful and powerful.
Nature is full of contradictions. And in many ways, so are we.
In this Space, we'll use different parts of the natural world to get curious about our own personalities, instincts, strengths, and vulnerabilities. Each week, we'll explore what we have in common with nature and how those qualities show up in our everyday lives.
While there's no one animal or landscape that defines who we are, nature offers a chance to explore the many sides of ourselves through a different lens. π
π¦ Come as you are. There's room for all of your nature here.
πΏ You're welcome to join from outside, alongside your pets, or wherever you feel most connected to nature.
