Bodies of Water: Flowing Ease and Deep Feelings 🌊

The Nature of Us
Starting Dec 12, 2026 3PM UTC

About this Session

An ocean can be calm one day and full of crashing waves the next. Rivers are constantly moving, while lakes can appear perfectly still at shore topping with white caps at the center. Even swamps, which don't always get the best reputation, are full of life.

There's more to water than what we see on the surface.

And perhaps there's more to us, too.

This week, we're exploring different bodies of water and the qualities they represent. We'll reflect on our emotional worlds, the ways we respond to change, and what happens when different parts of ourselves meet.

Are you more of a rushing river or a quiet lake? Does it depend on the day?

Come as you are. Whatever the waters look like tod

About this Space

There's a lot we can learn about ourselves from nature.

Think about the strength of a tree that bends without breaking. The independence of a wild cat. The way water can be both peaceful and powerful.

Nature is full of contradictions. And in many ways, so are we.

In this Space, we'll use different parts of the natural world to get curious about our own personalities, instincts, strengths, and vulnerabilities. Each week, we'll explore what we have in common with nature and how those qualities show up in our everyday lives.

While there's no one animal or landscape that defines who we are, nature offers a chance to explore the many sides of ourselves through a different lens. šŸ”

šŸ¦‹ Come as you are. There's room for all of your nature here.
🌿 You're welcome to join from outside, alongside your pets, or wherever you feel most connected to nature.
