Loving without a Blueprint
About this Session
What does it mean to build healthy, loving relationships when you did not grow up surrounded by healthy or loving examples?
Many of us learned about love through inconsistency, criticism, emotional distance, conflict, control, or survival. As adults, we may find ourselves trying to create something we have never actually seen.
This session is about the patterns we inherited, the things we are unlearning, and the kind of love we are trying to build for ourselves now.
About this Space
Emotions Are Meant to Be Felt—Together
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to love and emotions. Whether you're healing from heartbreak, learning to trust, or redefining what love means to you, this space offers a place to process it all.
Emotions can feel overwhelming in isolation, but in community, they become shared experiences—lighter, more meaningful, even joyful. Through connection, we find not just support, but laughter, insight, and the reassurance that we’re never alone in what we feel.
