About this Session
Itâs time for our August Check-In!
This month, weâre taking a moment to pause and notice what this season has been teaching us.
What are we learning?
What feels satisfying?
What still needs our attention?
Come as you are. Weâre here for it đ
About this Space
Note: this is a camera-on Space. If that feels uncomfortable, not to worry! many of our other Spaces can be attended with just the audio.
Self-sabotage can feel oddly familiar, like an old pair of shoes that donât fit but you keep wearing anyway.
It sneaks in so quietly we barely notice it. And before long, trying something new starts to feel risky while guilt and shame drown out any positive self-talk.
Sound like you? Yeah, me too.
The good news? These patterns don't have to be permanent.
The more honestly we understand ourselves, the easier it becomes to recognize the moments we slip back into old habits and choose something different.
If youâve been through our 6-week Series on self-sabotageâor if youâre just ready to stop tripping over your own expectationsâthis follow-up support and accountability group is for you.
No fluff, no grand promises. Just a real space to keep each other honest and on track.
đ Who is this Space for?
- Past series members who want to keep the momentum going.
- Newcomers who donât mind diving in midstream and being honest about where theyâre at.
- Anyone whoâs simply tired of the same old loops and wants a fresh pack of accountability.
Still don't know if this Space is right for you? If these questions stir something inside you, the answer is probably yes.
- Can you explain your core values to a stranger?
- What set you back this week?
- When you look back at past projects or goals, whatâs the most common point where things tended to unravel?
- What did success or failure look like in your house growing up?
- How do you feel about routines?
