About this Session
Why does telling another human being what we want sexually feel so... uncomfortable?
Today, we're going to examine the whys behind this phenomenon, and maybe even practice stating our preferences out loud.
- How have you responded when a partner has asked you what you want?
- When do you find yourself holding back your words? Why?
🧨 Bring the good, the bad, and the messy. Let's talk about it.
About this Space
Are the scripts we've inherited about sex still serving us?
Maybe they came from our culture. Our parents. Porn.
That one fuckboy who made us think it was love.
Purity culture. TV. Church. Hookup apps. Pain... The list goes on.
Somewhere along the way, sex got tangled up in shame, pressure, confusion, silence—or just plain performance.
We're here to burn that down—gently, and collectively.
You don’t have to have it figured out. You just have to be willing to call BS on what’s not working.
This space is for women-identifying and non-binary people who've ever felt:
💥 Like they were performing sex instead of feeling it
💥 Disconnected from their body, their want, or their “yes”
💥 Pressured to be empowered in a way that felt fake
💥 Afraid to admit they’re healing, shifting, or just not into it right now
💥 Sick of the noise—and ready for something real
Laughter + grief + “WTF was that?” moments are all welcome.
✨ Just come as you are, and leave with something more honest. ✨
