About this Session
Permission to feel heavy, low or disconnected, even if you don't know why.
Today's session is about exploring the quiet ache, without needing to name it perfectly. You don't need to have answers. Just bring what’s real, even if it doesn’t make sense yet.
🖤 Let's talk about it 🖤

☁️ We feel how heavy each breath can be when the world is asking you to “just be fine."

I'm Not Okay is for anyone who:
- Feels like no one understands
- Doesn't want to burden the ones closest to them
- Needs a safe place to process their emotions without having to justify them
- Is embarassed by their emotions
- Has a hard time finding the words to explain
Types of prompts we'll gently explore together
- If your heart could speak, what would it tell you today?
- What’s been running through your mind on repeat lately?
- What’s one small need you haven’t given yourself permission to ask for?”
- When was the last moment—however small—that you felt even a flicker of relief?
Life is hard.
