What Are You Hiding?
About this Session
Are there parts of yourself you've kept hidden from your loved ones?
Today's Space will be all about unpacking why we keep certain parts of ourselves hidden from the people closest to us, and what we can do to be more honest moving forward.
About this Space
Sometimes, even those closest to us can create uncertainty in our lives, whether through conflicting advice or a lack of understanding.
Navigating relationships, whether familial, intimate, or platonic, can be challenging when those you trust can't offer the support you need. Talk it Out gives you the opportunity to openly and honestly explore the dynamics of meaningful relationships.
Confidentiality is a core value here, ensuring that you can share your experiences and feelings freely, without fear of judgment or misinterpretation.
My goal is to create an environment where you can connect with others who truly understand the intricacies of relationships and provide meaningful support. I prioritize discussing tough topics without the interference of unsolicited advice or diagnoses.
Talk it Out is for people who identify as She and She and Non-binary.
Sample Prompts:
- What is something you need that you don't believe your partner can give you?

- Is there something you're afraid to ask for?
- How have you moved passed issues in the past? Were these issues resolved, or brushed aside?
- Where do you find communication breakdowns?
