Trying on A Different Self
About this Session
Halloween gives us permission to become someone else for a night. We can be bolder, stranger, more glamorous, more powerful, or completely unlike ourselves. But sometimes the versions we choose to try on can reveal something about who we admire, what we hide, or who we might want to become.
In this session, we’ll explore masking, identity, and the different versions of ourselves we move through. Together, we’ll reflect on who we once dreamed of becoming, the parts of ourselves we tone down or keep hidden, and whether trying on something new can sometimes bring us closer to who we really are.
About this Space
Emotions Are Meant to Be Felt, Together
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to love and emotions. Whether you're healing from heartbreak, learning to trust, or redefining what love means to you, this space offers a place to process it all.
Emotions can feel overwhelming in isolation, but in community, they become shared experiences—lighter, more meaningful, even joyful. Through connection, we find not just support, but laughter, insight, and the reassurance that we’re never alone in what we feel.
