Week 2: Childhood Lessons and Fear of Saying "No"
About this Space
Personal boundaries aren’t walls that isolate—they’re bridges that allow authentic connection.
Then why do we often find ourselves nodding "yes" when our hearts scream "no"? Why do we let fear—fear of conflict, rejection, or being labeled "difficult"—keep us from expressing our wants and needs?
The truth is, many of us don't even know what a boundary is, nor were we given a blueprint on how they work.
As a result, our boundaries are unknowingly shaped by a series of experiences, from childhood to the present.
The good news? We can break free from learned, unhealthy boundaries by bringing awareness to our personal preferences, desires, limits, and deal-breakers.
Join us for six weeks of discovery, challenge, and growth as we explore healthier ways to honor ourselves by bringing our personal boundaries into awareness.
By recognizing our needs and valuing our worth, we can establish boundaries that protect us while allowing for genuine connection.
