Week One: Permission to Feel Safe
About this Session
We all carry places inside us that crave protection—quiet corners of memory, tense shoulders, words we haven’t spoken aloud. This Space invites you to explore what safety means in your body and in your relationships.
We’ll reflect on moments that felt secure, the people who make us feel at ease, and the signals that tell us when safety is missing. Rather than rush to fix or defend, we’ll slow down and get curious.
This Space is for anyone who’s longed to feel more grounded, more held, or more at home within themselves.
We’ll explore prompts like:
- If your inner world had a safe space, what would it look like?
By the end of this session, we hope you’ll carry a deeper sense of what safety feels like—and permission to return to it, again and again.
She wanted to bottle how safe she felt in this moment, so she could drink of it later when loneliness and fear left her parched.
— Kristin Hannah, The Nightingale
About this Space
Let's talk Emotions!
We’d love to have you join us for our FIFTH Emotional Fluency Series, where we’ll spend six weeks exploring emotional themes like safety, nostalgia, obsession, overwhelm, acceptance, and empowerment. Together, we’ll unpack these experiences—not to fix or judge them, but to understand how they live in our bodies, shape our relationships, and guide our choices.
Here’s a glimpse of some of the questions we’ll be moving through together:
- What do you think overwhelm might be trying to tell you?
- What’s something you’ve accepted about yourself that felt healing?
- What does empowerment feel like in your body, in your voice, in your choices?
We’ll meet once a week, for an hour, across six weeks. Please join only if you can commit to at least half of the series—showing up matters, for both your own process and the shared trust we build in this space.
Seats are limited, and they tend to go quickly—reserve yours while you can. Over the course of the series, we hope to build not just emotional insight, but connection, clarity, and a sense of agency in how we move through the world.
I am my best thing. My power is not performative. It is quiet and enduring. I do not need to prove it—I only need to live it.”
— Alex Elle, After the Rain
Series Info
This is a series. It consists of multiple sessions where no new participants will be invited after the initial session. Series allow for us to go deeper than in one-off sessions. We are still bound by the same confidentiality agreement as usual, along with all the other community guidelines.
We ask that you can commit to at least half of the sessions. These series are impactful because of the trust we build together over time. When you miss too many weeks, it is harmful to the group as a whole. If you miss too many sessions, the Keeper may decide to take you out of the series to preserve the group dynamic.
