Summer Lovin': Echoes of a Flame
About this Session
When we think about love, it’s easy to center the long-term, the steady, the serious. But some of the most revealing connections are the ones that didn’t last—the quick-burning summer flings, the passionate maybe-this-is-it moments, the love stories that fizzled as fast as they sparked.
This Space invites you to return to those fiery connections, not to reignite them, but to ask: What did they awaken in me? What did they reflect back? We’ll explore how those moments shaped our understanding of desire, what they revealed about our unmet needs, and whether there’s still something to learn from the heat that once held us.
We’ll explore questions like:
- What part of you came alive in that connection?
By the end of this session, we hope you’ll leave with a deeper sense of self-awareness—and maybe a smile for the version of you that once said yes to the spark, even if it couldn’t stay lit.
You can love them, forgive them, want good things for them... but still move on without them.
— Mandy Hale
About this Space
Emotions Are Meant to Be Felt—Together
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to love and emotions. Whether you're healing from heartbreak, learning to trust, or redefining what love means to you, this space offers a place to process it all.
Emotions can feel overwhelming in isolation, but in community, they become shared experiences—lighter, more meaningful, even joyful. Through connection, we find not just support, but laughter, insight, and the reassurance that we’re never alone in what we feel.
