No Cake for You, America
About this Session
We’re not here for the fireworks.
We’re here for the truth.
About love, rage, fear, and everything this country stirs up inside us.
This Space is for anyone sitting with complicated feelings about America—its promises, its violence, and where (or if) we see ourselves in it.
We’ll reflect on:
- Whether there’s still anything to love—and what healing might look like
This isn’t about cynicism.
It’s about letting the real stories breathe.
It’s about saying: We’re still here. And we’re still feeling.
So let us leave behind a country better than the one we were left, with every
breath from my bronze, pounded chest, we will raise this wounded world into
a wondrous one.
— Amanda Gorman
About this Space
Emotions Are Meant to Be Felt—Together
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to love and emotions. Whether you're healing from heartbreak, learning to trust, or redefining what love means to you, this space offers a place to process it all.
Emotions can feel overwhelming in isolation, but in community, they become shared experiences—lighter, more meaningful, even joyful. Through connection, we find not just support, but laughter, insight, and the reassurance that we’re never alone in what we feel.
