About this Session
We’ve all been told to tone it down.
Too loud. Too bold. Too much.
Or worse—been made to feel like shrinking is safer.
This Space is inspired by the spirit of Hot Girl Summer.
But we’re not just talking bikinis and confidence.
We’re talking about taking up space—emotionally, physically, unapologetically.
About showing up fully, even when the world tries to convince you to dim your light.
This Space is for anyone—all along the binary—who wants to embody that energy.
To feel magnetic, powerful, and a little bit unbothered.
To do something just for you, without apology.
We’ll reflect on:
- What does confidence in action look like?
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about cultivating the spirit in you that doesn't need to ask for permission.
She was a wild one; always stomping on eggshells that everyone else tip-toed on.
— Kaitlin Foster
About this Space
Emotions Are Meant to Be Felt—Together
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to love and emotions. Whether you're healing from heartbreak, learning to trust, or redefining what love means to you, this space offers a place to process it all.
Emotions can feel overwhelming in isolation, but in community, they become shared experiences—lighter, more meaningful, even joyful. Through connection, we find not just support, but laughter, insight, and the reassurance that we’re never alone in what we feel.
