This week's Space is about giving ourselves permission to feel it all—grief, joy, anger, tenderness—and to do so without apology. Motherhood doesn’t cancel our emotions; it multiplies them. And yet, so often, we tuck them away.
We’ll explore the emotions we were taught to silence, the ones we didn’t expect, and the ones we’re just beginning to name.
We’ll reflect on questions like:
- What feelings show up most for you—and which ones feel hardest to express?
Whether you’re overflowing, holding it in, or somewhere in between—you’re welcome here. Let’s feel it all, together.

About this Space
Life is Loud!
Come to a Space where you will be heard.
Feel like your voice is often drowned out? Whether you're an introvert, extrovert, or somewhere in between, you'll find your voice within our community. We welcome mothers of all ages and experiences, creating a Space where every voice matters and every story adds to our collective wisdom.
We are better together!
Low Pressure, Low Commitment.
We know how hard it can be to carve out time for yourself. Join us as you can and as you are. However, due to limited seats, we ask that you try to release your spot at least 12 hours before the session if you can't attend.
Community-Driven Support.
Unlike traditional support groups, our Spaces are not led by professionals but facilitated by trained "Keepers" who ensure everyone has a chance to speak and be heard. We do not give advice, but offer a listening ear and shared experiences.
A Safe and Confidential Environment.
Your safety and confidentiality are our priorities. What's shared in Momma's Space stays in Momma’s Space. Our digital platform is secure, and our community is built on trust and mutual respect.
What We Discuss.
If you're new to support groups, we understand joining a Space might feel intimidating. To ease any anxiety, we always post the discussion topic before sign-up. Don't see a topic that interests you? Email us your suggestions at [email protected].
Who Is This Space For?
This is a judgment-free Space where we celebrate diversity, inclusion, our children, and each other. Bullying, racism, homophobia, shaming, or forced opinions are not tolerated. Those who cause others to feel shamed or defensive will be removed. This Space is for mothers who want to uplift one another through shared experiences.
When and How do we Meet?
We meet digitally every two weeks, making it easy to fit into your busy schedule. We know finding time for yourself can be tough, so kiddos and breastfeeding are always welcome! We all keep ourselves on mute when not sharing, so no need to worry about distractions!
