About this Session
Carl Jung’s concept of the shadow self refers to the parts of us we reject or hide—traits, desires, and emotions we don’t want to face.
But when we ignore these darker aspects, they don’t just disappear—they influence our behavior in ways we might not even recognize. Repressed anger might show up as passive-aggressiveness. Unacknowledged insecurities could fuel unhealthy competition or jealousy.
Today, we’re going to bring our shadows into the light.
Let’s begin unlocking greater emotional freedom, authenticity, and the ability to make conscious choices, rather than being driven by unconscious patterns. Ready to face what’s lurking in the dark?
“One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.” - Carl Jung
