About this Session
In this session, we’ll gently explore the internal narratives that keep us stuck in people-pleasing patterns.
Do you ever tell yourself things like, “If I don’t show up perfectly, I’ll be rejected” or “Their needs matter more than mine”?
Together, we’ll unpack where these beliefs come from, how they’ve shaped us, and whether they’re still serving us.
Healing doesn’t always start with saying no—sometimes it starts with asking why we believe we have to say yes.
🩵 Why not talk about it? 🩵

About this Space
Always saying yes, even when you’re drained? Feel responsible for everyone’s happiness but your own?
This space is for those of us who’ve built our identities around keeping the peace—at the cost of our own needs. Together, we’ll unpack where our people-pleasing tendencies come from, how they show up in our relationships, and what healthier boundaries might look like. No fixing, no judgment—just honest conversations and shared growth. You don’t have to keep shrinking to be loved.
