About this Session
🧠 Many of us learned to downplay our needs—telling ourselves they were “too much,” “selfish,” or that others simply came first.
In this session, we’ll slow down and gently ask: Where did we learn that our needs didn’t matter?
Together, we’ll explore what it might mean to see needs not as flaws or demands, but as natural parts of being human—worthy of attention, care, and even reverence.
Because needing is not a weakness. It’s a signal.
And you don’t have to apologize for being human.
🩵 Why not talk about it? 🩵

About this Space
Always saying yes, even when you’re drained? Feel responsible for everyone’s happiness but your own?
This space is for those of us who’ve built our identities around keeping the peace—at the cost of our own needs. Together, we’ll unpack where our people-pleasing tendencies come from, how they show up in our relationships, and what healthier boundaries might look like. No fixing, no judgment—just honest conversations and shared growth. You don’t have to keep shrinking to be loved.
